  • Dimensions provided are approximate. We measure each style individually, but variations of up to 0.5 inches may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax based on your shipping address.
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order. We do not offer “pay later” or installment plans at this time.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Products that are out of stock or discontinued after the order is placed.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment verification issues.
  • Orders that violate our terms or appear to be for resale without authorization.

If we cancel an order after payment is processed, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Product use and care

  • Our decor is designed for indoor use unless explicitly stated as outdoor-safe on the product page.
  • Keep items away from direct flame, extreme heat, and prolonged moisture exposure unless specified as water-resistant.
  • Cleaning instructions are provided on each product page. Following these instructions is your responsibility — damage from improper cleaning is not covered under warranty.
  • Items with small parts or breakable components should be placed out of reach of young children and pets.

Warranty and liability

  • We guarantee that all products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages — such as damage to other items caused by a defective product, or inconvenience caused by delayed delivery.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications made to the product after delivery.
